Why Lie?

Albert Pike, in his voluminous treatise on Freemasonry, "Morals and Dogma", gives us an insight into why the ruling elite, find it necessary to trade in deceit.

"What can there be in common between the vile multitude and sublime wisdom? The truth must be kept secret, and the masses need a teaching proportioned to their imperfect reason." Morals and Dogma P 103.

Clearly, within the tenets of Freemasonry, there is a mandate to deceive the masses. Even fellow Masons are deceived.

"Masonry, like all the Religions, all the Mysteries, Hermeticism and Alchemy, conceals its secrets from all except the Adepts and Sages, or the Elect, and uses false explanations and misinterpretations of its symbols to mislead those who deserve only to be misled". Morals. P 104

Pike goes on to describe this deliberate deception as God's plan.

"So God Himself incapacitates many men, by color-blindness, to distinguish colors, and leads the masses away from the highest Truth, giving them the power to attain only so much of it as it is profitable to them to know" Morals. P 105

Note the difference from scripture which describes what happens to those who reject the truth. 2Thess 2 10-11 They receive judgement who delight in lies, not those who seek the truth.

The dichotomy is plain to see. The Lodge looks to all the world, like a bunch of old guys who like dressing up and performing daft rituals. That may be so but do not underestimate the influence through history of this clandestine organisation. Even today, the Brotherhood is well represented within the legal profession.

Whenever you hear of the noble causes espoused by your neigbourhood lodge, remember that the code of secrecy adhered to by its members may be less to do with honour but more a case of knowing too much. Think Saville.

Well Whadda You Know

Since the news has declared that the chief suspect in the Madeleine McCann case, died in 2009, it appears that we will never know the truth.

I still have a few questions however.

Are most people really dumb enough to believe what they read in the papers?

Take the "White Widow" story. Is it only me who finds this a little hard to swallow? A woman, as the international kingpin in a terrorist organisation that is known for the denigration of...women!

Do they really care about the coherence of the fiction they expect us to believe? It appears not. I hope I'm being paranoid here.

If the media is really involved in a sustained campaign of disinformation, then the question arises as to why? What deems it right to lie to the populace? Is it some kind of superiority complex that allows a select group to mislead the masses? Is this permissible now that we are in a "post christian" era? Even the "Established" (note emphasis) Church, don't get it. Did they ever? Jesus called the Pharisees "Children of satan" due to their fondness of lies.

Maybe it is the reserve of the rich and powerful to indulge in antinonianism, as if somehow, they are helping to fulfill mans destiny, The "enlightened", moving  on wards towards the final stages of cosmic conscienceless.

Not so sure myself.

Its been a while..

Actually, it's over six weeks since my last post, and not a day goes by where I don't think about writing something.
I have been busy in all truthfulness. Busy struggling with anxiety, stress, grief, anger, disappointment, incredulity, fear and weakness.
I'm not complaining, it goes with the territory. However, due to the imposition of a "blog blackout" the catharsis usually derived from writing, has been absent.
It's not the first time I have been burning up with some issue or other, yet physically and mentally unable to publish it. I am dead against the principal of "degrees of initiation", such as is practiced in occult circles, but it is clear now that even though the truth should be propagated freely, not every truthful thing is suitable for publication, to my discomfort.

The closing statement of Goncarlo Amarel's book (Senior investigator in the Maddie McCann case)

"We gave the best of ourselves to resolve this case. Our conclusions rest on the proven facts and the evidence interpreted within the principles of the law. Our work was done in the cause of justice, based on the material truth, the only thing that must prevail in a universe where the lie is raised up as truth." A Verdade Da Mentira.

A glimmer of truth is not enough

Just watching the Tommy Robinson interview with Jeremy Paxman, you can see that Robinson is not the sharpest tool in the box. Although he comes across as a "just a normal bloke" type, its no excuse for not having the faintest idea of what he is talking about.
Just the appearance of having a valid point about the evils of Islamism, is enough to get him noticed, and the "blokey bloke" persona fits in well with most of us who are fed up with smooth talking politicians.





 

 

Ok, he has a point, but so did Sayyid Qtub the Egyptian scholar who is regarded as the founder of Islamism. Its easy to have a valid point when exposing obvious evil. A glimmer of truth is not enough though. It is the glimpse that acts as bait to introduce our perception to all kinds of ideologies, religious and political.

Why do we not really drill down into the essence of these things? It is almost as if we suppose that the veil of illusion is superficial and ready to be parted at the merest exploratory gesture. This is not so. Lack of diligence to search out the truth, will only ever result in being wrapped in increasingly elaborate layers of deception. Look, the whole thing is complicated ok, the socio/econo/political framework is extremely detailed but that's not really what is important, what counts is the spiritual dimension, and its not impossible to fathom out, but we have to get on the right footing, disregarding the various strands of christian apostasy without disregarding the truth about God.



Can We Fix It? (Yes We Can)

It is encouraging to see that others are prepared to write truthfully about what is happening in the world. James has a style which makes even the worst outlook, palatable. He knows more than he is letting on, Im sure.

It is important to be a part of the solution, rather than a part of the problem that James and others highlight.
Exactly how we are to do this, is debated. One thing that is for sure is that unless we first become acquainted with the details, we may as well be "out to lunch" along with almost everyone else.
To many, the solution, is a form of gnostic, enlightenment. Even the Church has erred into contemplative spirituality, post liberalism, dominionism and a range of other aberrant theology.

In the comments here, Don QS has raised the point that, "there seems to be a pathological aversion to admitting uncertainty". This is healthy. The science world has too many arrogant types.
It is not enough for me. If there is a chance that truth exists, then we are obliged to find out what it is.

I believe that it does exist. OK its down to belief again, but that is a part of our make up as human beings. We don't go out in the car unless we believe that the brakes will stop us safely. We are all believers, its just that we believe in different things.
And then, if we do arrive at the truth, what if it is unpopular, even illegal to declare it to others in society? What if  speaking the truth, meant that you were viewed as posing a threat to those who refuse to open their eyes to witness the modernist impasse, the enemy of society rather than it's liberator.

Given the severity of the struggle, it is understandable that many people are happy to reject the concept that they have a role in this.
So it remains the responibility of those who recognise thier duty to be part of the solution.
